Environmentally Sustainable By Design
As an agricultural company, everything we do is dependent on climate and therefore directly impacted by climate change. Our agricultural heritage has led us to a strong understanding of land use and conservation that we implement in all of our industrial developments.
Building a Greener Future
We conserve energy in all of our industrial developments, through the use of energy-efficient materials greatly easing the burden on local power suppliers, while reducing fuel consumption greenhouse gas emissions. Each of our industrial properties are built to meet CALGreen standards. In fact, we are so passionate about conservation, we are now a member of the U.S. Green Building Council.
A Promise for a Cleaner Tomorrow
We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint by taking important steps to transition gas and diesel vehicles to electric. By 2025, 100% of US operations will be powered by renewable energy. We've also gifted $750M to Caltech to bolster global climate sustainability efforts.
