Unmatched Development
Master-Planned Around Community’s Best Interest
Designed with our local community’s best interest in mind, our park is built more than one mile from residential areas and schools.
Single-Ownership Advantage
As a single owner with private capital, we offer a streamlined way of doing business, giving us overall control of projects and reducing costs.
Vertically Integrated for Streamlined Process
As an owner-builder, we are vertically integrated, giving us control over the planning, general contracting, engineering, financing, and management of the site.
Unparalleled Workforce
Abundant Labor
Over the last two decades, Kern County’s workforce population grew by 51%, the third highest in the state, while warehousing jobs grew by 552% as skilled workers transitioned to jobs of the future.
Millions Invested in On-Site Training Center
Our 40,000-square-foot modern training center prepares community members for jobs of the future, providing them with all the skills and expertise needed for careers in industrial automation and logistics.
Low Cost of Living
With over 1.3 million residents living within a 25-mile radius of Wonderful Industrial Park, as well as the low cost of living, you can rely on a loyal, high-quality workforce.
Unrivaled Vision
Central Valley Green Pass
The new Central Valley Green Pass will route trucks away from homes and schools while adding critical capacity to Highway 99 and greatly decreasing pollution and congestion.
WIP Container Depot / Inland Rail Terminal
Building on our BNSF certification, the container depot and the planned inland rail terminal will offer park tenants a wide range of supply chain solutions by collaborating with all major ocean carriers and domestic intermodal companies. The depot will serve as a hub for devanning import containers, restacking exports, and facilitating efficient returns to the port.
The inland rail terminal will be California’s first operating inland rail shuttle service and is expected to launch in the next 12 to 18 months. The concept design has been approved by BNSF. The shuttle will provide international IPI service to Shafter, with on-site connectivity to the BNSF Railway through 18,000 feet of local track and loading/unloading stations. The terminal will streamline the delivery of goods to and from the Ports of Long Beach/LAX and reduce drayage costs for tenants of the park.
Pathway to Net-Zero Carbon Emissions*
Our location combined with significant investments in the inland rail terminal and the forthcoming Central Valley Green Pass means we are on the path to net-zero carbon emission. The park will serve as a gateway for exports from the Central Valley to the world.
